The new term at BackFlip Performers is off to a great start!
We have 8 new children who have joined us this term, and already they are settling in well.
In fact one new boy, aged 6, told his mother that he liked the way we do things,
and that we can have a laugh!
That is so great, because it is the mixture of fun and discipline that
is so important in gymnastics.
Katie knows as a 5 times Aerobics Gymnastics Champion that
discipline is needed to really get anywhere in life but it has got to be fun and enjoyable..
for kids and adults alike!
